I confess...Yesterday, we went to Dairy Queen for Bo's basketball team party & as soon as we got there he started running around the place like a fool with my best friend's son. After trying to calmly dislipine him
I confess...I was in such desperate need for a pedicure, that I took a picture to write a post.
Gross, right? I finally got a pedicure this week.
A vast improvement. It's my favorite color, OPI's Sun-body Loves You. My feet look tanner in the first picture.
I confess...While I LOVE all my chldren the same, I kind of LIKE one of them better. But I'm not saying which one.
I confess...Nothing irrates me more than people who do not do what they say they are going to do. Except disrespectful children.
I confess...My oldest child is such a smarta$$, quite often I find myself wanting to slap her face. You can just send my Mother of the Year award Fed-Ex.

OOOOOOH CONFESSIONAL SUNDAY! I love it! You are definitely on to something here, hon!
Your feet are fantastic! I, too, love me some hot red OPI colors.
Now I'm left wondering aaaaaall about the best friend's drunken ex and his enabling mother. ;-)
haha! Hope came out of the bathroom naked from the waist down at DQ last week...
and she's about to get a good spank right this very second for intentionally peeing on the floor after I sent her to her room...
and cute toes!
My feet are in desperate need of attention!
Love your new polish!! Fabulous. And you are hysterical as always! xoxo
I need a pedicure...my toes look about like your first picture, only they are less tan than your second picture. ack.
I, also, overuse commas. Sometimes I'm not sure if one is supposed to go in a certain place, so just in case, I put it there. Better safe than sorry, right? Maybe?
Braver than me...will not dare show my feet until someone scrubs the winter off of them and the sun has a chance to see them again. I am very intrigued by confessional Sunday. Hmm....I think I might give it a try. Have a great week!
Sweet! It is always nice to know I am not alone..on lots of these. Let's not talk about my toes though> I can't even GET a pedicure because I've lost 3 nails training for marathons!
I'm in desperate need of a pedi. I wish I had the time and money to get one.
Aw, look at your cute toes! No mini vienna sausages on your feet, sigh, i'm so jealous.
My favorite thing is when one of my kids gets mouthy and then falls down or somehow hurts themselves. I tell them that is God punishing them for talking back to their mother.
Thanks for playing!
I use a lot of commas, too. I find them necessary.
I sometimes like one of my kids more than the others, but it varies by the day.
Your last three confessions are very similar to what mine might be!
Commas are the politie punctuation. They give your readers time to pause and to ponder. They add clarity to MOST sentences. And they are pretty!
My mother slapped my face once... I was 13... I slapped her back... it was a reflex and I was MORTIFIED... so was she... we both cried! Mother/Daughter of the Year Award- no?
I'm need a pedicure so bad that I'm scared the nail techs will laugh at me.
I am in need of a pedi I am positive the ladies there will make fun of my feet, but I will not be positive cause they will talk about me in a language I can not understand!
I confess once Abby had a sassy mouth (ok so she always has a sassy mouth) well once it was just one of those days she had been acting out and I popped her right in the mouth! She just looked so surprised. come to think of it maybe I should do it again sometime and the frequency of the sass will slow down a bit ;) just forward that award to me when you're done with it.
Oh...a pedicure....heavenly. Yeah, I don't know when that's gonna happen. But, I AM going to get my hair did tomorrow afternoon. And, my roots look as bad as my toes. I am a firm believer in 'things happen for a reason' so that choking and scratching thing? Not to worry - that was for some past discretion you don't know about.
:)
I love how seriously honest you are. I suspect all the time that my mother "likes" my sister better. They get along so well, and I often want to kill both of them after about 2 hours together. I know she loves me though. It's just nice to hear a mom confess to that. Though, I can imagine you might change your opinion of each child based on the day.
I too am a southern blogger that over commatizes.
I have always thought I had a favorite kid but lately the other one has been growing on me. I love them both so much but they are so different!
Love your honesty! Your before toes look like my right now toes, I guess I will have to wait a few more weeks to get a pedi, I sure love them!
I might have to try this Sunday confessional, maybe :)
