Oops!

Today Retro, Baby Girl & I went to Lowe's because Retro is waiting for pecan season to start & has decided he is Bob Vila & do a few projects, that we have been talking about for years.

He is very proud of his work, so I will be posting pictures (as he suggested). one day.

I digress. So we're at Lowe's & Baby Girl is being a daddy's girl & wants R to hold her instead of riding in the buggy. I finally calmed her down by giving her some batteries to hold. (It doesn't take much.)

About that time R starts teasing her, which besides football & golf, is his favorite past time. He put her behind a display for glass doors (which is open in the back, but apparently she doesn't realize this).

This drives me CRAZY, so I told him in a hushed voice "Don't piss her off!"

Ya'll know what she said next.

"Yeah Retro, don't piss me off."

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Bo just asked me when he was going to get a brother.

Do ya'll think "when hell freezes over" is an appropriate response?

Hahaha, it happens everytime! My (almost) 6 year old is terrible now that she can read. The other day I was writing a post for my blog about our weekend and I wrote "I got screwed." She comes up behind and starts laughing saying "Hahaha, you got screwed." My husband says we should have raised poodles.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

That is so funny! Yet scary when you realize how much more they will repeat. Don't fret-my 4 year old curses and drinks beer. We're all sure its just a phase (well at least his doting grandparents are). xoxo

Hilarious.

Ever since we went to Bama and saw our latest cousin, Alise has been asking for a baby brother. Don't see it happenin' any time soon.

That is hilarious! She will be saying that in Sunday School now, of course ;-) haha xoxo

My AS bumped his head in kindergarten and said "sh#@!" Wonder where he ever heard such language?

Not only appropriate but exactly what my response would be to that question.

If he keeps asking tell him he would have to give up his man cave to make room for the new baby. That should stop him from asking again!

Too funny. It's amazing how they can hear you whisper stuff you don't want them to hear but yell at them to clean their room or something and they're deaf. Happens here ALL the time. :)
