Woo-Hoo! I have found someone to help me! And she's willing to do everything that Matt Lizzie did. Clean & watch the "little angels".
BTW, Matt is home & on the mend. It's going to be a long recovery, but she's on her way!
The new Matt's name is Tasha. I've actually known her since we were in 1st grade together! I went to ask her if she could recommend somebody & she said she'd do it!
She came over today to meet Retro & the little ones. When she left Bo had to throw her a kiss!
I think we have a winner! I sure hope so.

Do ya'll give up something for Lent?
I usually don't, I know I should, but don't.
This year I've decided to give up candy bars. The little mini ones. Twix. Snickers. Yum-o.
If I start going into D/Ts before Easter I let you know.

Did ya'll know Toys R Us has a rewards program. For as much money as I spend there they ought to give me something back!
Bo did score a free $15 Thomas toy (Billy) on Saturday at the Thomas Playday thing. He seriously needs a 12-step program.

I thinking about doing a little something special during the month of March. Keep reading!

So glad you found some help!
Good luck, enjoy it while you can!
I decided today that instead of giving something up for Lent, I'm going to commit to exercising at least 10 minutes every day (up and down a huge flight of stairs. I think that will be just as hard as giving up something.
Glad you found Tasha and that you have a good feeling about it :)
Great News!! I mean what a relief for you! I am just now getting to your blog from all the posts that I had to read. . . I started right after I sent you that email! But I am so OCD, I can't stop until I am caught up for today! Yes. I am CRaZy!! :-) xoxo
I'm glad you found someone. Now, can you please share her with me? LOL! I seriously may need someone soon with Micah all over the place. I think my *mom* would shoot me though...she would so not understand. LOL! And -- yes, we ARE kid-free for Saturday night. It's not often than happens. We're having Couples Bunco...I'm hoping Brian doesn't embarrass me too much. :)
Oh, and we have two of those darn superyard things. They are soooo handy right now. LOL!
I should give up something for Lent but given that it started yesterday I guess I'm too late. Procrastinating is what I should give up for Lent, although I think you're supposed to choose something that you actually have a shot at achieving!
oooh, I am so worried about you. No candy bars for weeks! Or did you just give up the tiny ones and you can still eat the big ones ?

Just popping in from SITS -
As for Lent - I'm going to read The Purpose Driven Life, and get closer to god.
Hope you have a great day!
Glad you found someone to help you. That is a praise! No, I don't give up anything for Lent. I should, but that is just not something I ever do. Have a great weekend. Love & blessings from NC!
We had the discussion last night at the dinner table as to what we were going to give up. Each one of us is giving up a word in our vocabulary that we use too much and is negative. I suggested chocolate!
My dress was worn that same year in the Miss. Teen USA pageant by Miss Teen Georgia. I think her's was blue though. (I know this because I bought mine at the same place she got her's.) Ahhh, the days of being a pageant girl. ha!
