Why is it that...

Since this is the 3rd time I've done a post like this & this, I'm thinking about making it a regular thang.  What do y'all think?

If y'all are really interested & don't have enough carnivals to participate in, I'll try to figure out that Mr. Linky thing.  Seriously, I sometimes feel like I do IRL, making myself have to say no to some things. like Twitter. Sorry to all my tweeps. I can either Twitter or comment, not both.

Now, Why is it that...

* I get out the exact same outfit Sassy picked out herself to wear to a family dinner Sunday night for her to wear to school today & she strokes out?  You would have thought I wanted her to wear Baby Girl's Cinderella dress or something. Apparantly, there wasn't enough green in the shirt. So she ended up going to school looking like a homeless child wearing an old long-sleeved Old Navy shirt in GREEN.

*some people insist on wearing shorts as soon as the sun starts shining? even when their legs are still as white as the snow we had last month. and it hasn't gotten above 75 degrees. (before y'all get all defensive, even the men in my house do this).

*my children act like they have no home-training (even less than usual) when encountering an adult without children? Yesterday, I stopped by Verizon to check out things & fortunately there were no other customers because my children acted like wild animals; running around, playing with products, jumping on chairs.  The sales clerk was FREAKING out. He thought they would get hurt. Amateur. It was kind of funny. They did score some real phones. Bo was upset that he didn't give them a toy one because he couldn't figure out the real one. Sass was pumped to show her friends.

*I have to sit down with Baby Girl to watch an episode of Dora that she can quote lines from & I've had to hear it on the TV 25 times?

*I care that Joe Jonas & Demi Lovato are dating?

*5 minutes after the housekeeper leaves, you can hardly tell she's been here?

*Baby Girl is even badder AFTER the spanking?

*people refuse to RSVP or regret to an event? How rude.

*Easter is 2 weeks away & I haven't got the children's outfits, nor have I planned the annual egg hunt I host every year? FYI: If you are a "real-life" friend, it is on - call or email me!!!

Did you write this post, or did I? I think you stole this post from my mind. Well, except for the Easter outfit thing, mine are totally bought!!

Btw, yesterday it was 55 degrees here and everywhere I looked there were people in flip flops and shorts. It pissed me off, a lot.

Oh my gosh. Easter - 2 weeks! Wow! Do you need me to go to Knoxville and shop for Easter dresses for the baby girls? I probably have more time than you! :-) Or I guess I have time to drive to Ga and help. xoxo

I can relate to sooo much in this post. Pinkie totally threw a fit re: her outfit today--she too thought it wasn't green enough.

I hate people who don't RSVP.

My house looks like a war zone the minute the cleaning people close the door behind them.

Easter outfits--what are those?!

I've done NOTHING to prepare for Easter...I hate the feeling of scrambling, and now I'm going to do it. Ugh!

hahah at least you KNOW they're dating!! out here we get random magazines that come totally out of order...you wouldn't believe the celebrity things that we gossip about only to find out that the magazine is from late november and the person has totally moved on three times over!!

I am guilty of the shorts thing!! My daughter wore some long bermudas yesterday. I am just not willing to buy some in-between clothes when I live in Louisiana. It will be probably be 90 degrees tomorrow, anyway. Please don't hate me!

Apparently, RSVPs and Thank You notes are totally a thing of the past. Like super overrated.

I want to know why when I pick out an outfit, #1 screams, but when Aunt Em does it, the world is at peace.

Now, now, now...didn't you know that "white" is the new tan? LOL! I had capris on Tuesday (granted I didn't end up leaving the house, but had planned on it). To top it all off...I had on sandals today. The shame... LOL! I'm only joking with you! :)

I'm boycotting Easter this year. We'll be traveling back from Disney and I'm pretending it's a regular day.
