We're chalking this year's Lunch with Santa up as a success. I think it was the whole Polar Express theme that pulled it out for the Semi-Slackers. We love to wear our jammies.
in public. They get that honest from their semi-slacker momma And even took 2 Xanax, preparing for the worst.
Speaking of The Polar Express, these two are questioning their beliefs.
Wonder if they heard the bells? Even if they didn't, don't Sass & Liv look cute in their PJs?
The
hysterical Historical Society sponsors this event every year. Seriously. Like since I was a child. When I worked, it was my job to coordinate it.
Babsy was one of the conductors. Don't you love that tie thingy?

I realize no one is actually sitting in Santa's lap, but everyone is present & not screaming.
So it's all good!

Hey, look who made an appearance! Me.
And yes, Baby Girl has on Dora pjs. I'm picking my battles.
At least I did roll her hair. Not that you can tell, thanks rain.
The train ride felt like they
were in the North Pole. Well for Georgia children at least.
Freezing & rainy.
We had a great day! Great job hysterical Historical Society.

They look so cute in their jammies. I had my kids where their pjs for our Christmas pic last year. I figure that it's something you can only get away with for so long.
Glad you survived the day with no meltdowns!
Looks like a fun time- glad the kiddos had fun without meltdowns. The non-smiling pictures crack me up.
Yes! I would agree that the day looked like a success!! And so much fun!! Good for you!!
great pics....looks like fun was had by all;)
What an adorable idea! You look fantastic.
There was no sitting on Santa's lap over here either. I think I'm okay with this.
They look really cute in their jammies!
