But first, check out my giveaway!
The mystery has been solved, more details to come!
Now. Today's drama has been brought to you by the good people at Primary Pediatrics.
Bo has stomach issues.
He has for quite some time.
I won't go into the details, but I didn't think it was anything bad enough to constitute a trip to PP & being the semi-slacker that I am, I kept forgetting to mention it to Dr. K.
But after a few flare-ups yesterday & today at VBS, I made an appointment. His teacher brought him to me in tears & I don't like to see my baby in pain.
Finally, Dr. K & I were able to discuss this problem. and his eczema. and his hearing. or lack there of. Boy, I was on my game today.
So, Bo's being tested for Crohn's & the like. at the very least IBS.
And he failed his hearing test. I figured this & already have an appointment Monday with Dr. D the ENT, but Dr. K was just trying to save me $40. At least it's only his left ear.
But guess what else we did while spending the afternoon at Dr. K's office...

Look. These ears cost us a small fortune. And there was no way I was letting some teenager at the mall touch them.
This picture was staged, actually 2 nurses did an ear simultaneously & I held her hands. She even flinch. Bo, on the other hand, was not quite as calm while donating that large vial of blood.

And, of course she got the "diamonds".

Happy Blogging from one blogger to another!

Hey, because we have so much in common, thought I would ask if they were going to test him for allergies too? We suffered horrible eczema and tummy problems until we found out about my little guys food allergies, just a thought.
Poor Bo-stomach issues aren't anything you want to deal with and his hearing-you'll have to update on Monday!
Love the diamonds-Sassy found her new best friend (until of course she gets the real ones).
I love the earrings! How cute!
I hope Bo doesn't have Chron's. I do and it is no fun. Feel free if you want to email more about Chron's.
Awwww, how sweet...the earrings are adorable!!! I better not let Bella see this post or she'll start begging for earrings. I didn't realize they pierce ears at the dr's office...who knew!!! I'll have to remember that for when the day comes.
Poor Bo....I really hope your dr is able to get to the bottom of what's going on with the little dude. It must be hard to see him in so much pain.
Love those diamonds! Hope Bo gets to feeling better!!
woohoo for the pierced ears!!! Very cute!
So sorry about Bo and his tummy troubles. Poor kid!
I hope all is well with Bo and it's nothing serious. My son had hearing trouble when he was younger, too, from chronic ear infections.
The earrings look great!
Poor Bo! I've also been tested for Crohns and Colitis and it's no fun. But it's better to have an answer so some relief is in sight!
And yay for ear piercing! I'm so tempted to do Avery's. And yes, I know she's only 9 months old but she would look so stinkin' cute!
What a day! A visit to PP is always an adventure and you got a full dose!
YAY for new earring!!! We had Ellie's done in Hawaii on vacation. We thought that would be fun for her to remember. There was only one girl working at the jewelry store so she had to do each ear on its own. I honestly thought my child would be looking strange with one earring. LOL!!! XOXO
I had a feeling she was going to get her ears pierced! Too cute.
Awesome!!
I never thought to check with the ped to see if they did that. Very nice.
Hope all works out with Bo. No one needs a bad belly...
I see in your latest post it isn't Crohn's!! Thank god, you know my hubby has it, and I just dread that one of the kid will get it.
Hugs!
Oh I hope Mr. Bo starts feeling better soon!
How cute are her ears?
