Semi-Slacker Easter Fun

*Disclaimer: If you don't enjoy looking at pictures of my family, you may want to check back later on in the week. Remember, this is the closest thing to a scrapbook I've got going.*

I hope everyone had a wonderful & blessed Easter weekend! I also hope you remembered the Reason for the Season.

With that being said, the Semi-Slacker crew had a wonderful weekend! The Easter Egg Hunt was a blast!!! We had a wonderful group of friends & family. Due to Spring Break & such, this year's crowd was a little smaller than usual, still a crowd, and a more manageable number. The party started at 2 pm & Kenny & crew were pulling out of the driveway, as everybody was arriving, with my screened porch not completely finished. But I'm already loving it! But that's a whole other post.

And now for your viewing pleasure:

Here is the mandatory before hunt Mammarazzi photo session.
Can you find the Semi-Slacker Kids?

Ready, get set, go...

Boone's back was turned, so here he is.

With the rest of the hunt going on behind him. Here they are! The Semi-Slacker Kids

Sassy was cooperating so well! Bo looked cuter in the first picture, but her head was turned.

See...

And yes, that's blood on his nice clean shirt. Somehow he cut his ear, imagine that.

The hunt is on! You missed that purple one, Sass.

How much do ya'll love Bo's golf-inspired Easter bucket?

And Baby Girl's Lambie basket. Barefooted.

This is a picture of me & three of my oldest friends. My momma requested this picture. I'm so glad she did! It's so cool to all be together with our children. They each have one, I have three. I always did do things over the top!

They told me not to put this on my blog, but they knew I would! Somebody said I'd probably find an old picture to post with this one. I didn't have time.

I just wanted to throw this one in.

If you haven't had your fill of Semi-Slacker Easter fun, don't worry, there's more to come!

It looks like you guys had so much fun at the egg hunt! That is one thing I miss about not having little ones at home anymore. I love a good egg hunt!! It is ironic that your son has the golf ball Easter basket, becuase one of my boys at school has the same bucket. It was the hit of our egg hunt. Glad you had a wonderful Easter! Love & blessings from NC! e

sweet mama! we have about as many kids in my family! it's absolute madness, right?! no one can really understand the chaos that all those kids bring until they're in the trenches. you need an alcoholic beverage at the end of the day to get the screaming "MIIIIIIINNNNNNEEEEEEE!" out of your head!

It really is great using the blog to capture your life-like a journal and a scrapbook. I wish I did this when my kids were younger!
