Busybodies & Cute Tees

Some people really concern me.

I just saw a woman driving a MINIVAN with a baby carseat in the FRONT seat. Not even a booster seat. The same type that Baby Girl rides in, IN THE BACK seat.

I couldn't tell if there was a child in the seat, so let's give her to benefit of the doubt & say she was just transporting the carseat to another location.

At least she had a carseat. I have seen worse.

Yes, I'm a busybody. But I'm also not afraid to call 911 & report something that's amiss. I've been known to do that on occasion.

On a more positive note, look at these cute t-shirts!!

She'll be wearing that to school.

This one is a better picture, but you can't read the shirt.

I ordered myself this t-shirt from Hot Chocolate Caramel Mocha !
Apparently I didn't notice the part about the tees being fitted, so I ordered a medium. And these girls aren't a fitted medium.

After emailing Stesha about the problem, she immediately sent me a large AND shirts for the girls. Is that not the sweetest! I've still got to send the first shirt back!!

So ya'll click on over to her place & order yourself one (or two).

Um, those are THE.cutest.shirts.EVER!!!

Yeah, I called 911 once cuz I thought someone was stealing our neighbors swingset while they were on vacation and it was just some friends who, by the way, had permission to take it. Somehow my neighbors figured out it was me who called the cops and I could never look them in the eye again. Sheesh, you'd think they would have thanked me.

OMGosh I love those shirts!!!

Perhaps it was a doll in the carseat?

A friend of mine has a very real looking doll that her daughter brings everywhere. They even bought the doll, baby Jean, a Graco car seat. One hot summer day while they were out shopping they came to their car to find a swarm of police looking in the window! They were quite embarassed when she explained that the baby was just a doll and not a baby at all!

KK... that is HIL. AR. IOUS!!!!

I call 911 too. I thought I was the only one to do that. I told the police that they should park outside my dd's school and give warnings to the dozens of people who don't buckle their children in or wear seat belts themselves. But it's never happened.

Last week I saw a Dad sitting in the back of the car with his toddler. That's nice, I thought. Then the boy starting standing up and climbing out of his car seat and the Dad would put him back, but eventually gave up. I couldn't get the picture of the child flying through the front window out of my mind.
