But you can write letters...

This is my life! Not only sad, but GROSS!

Monday, Matt Lizzie & I were in the playroom during our weekly overhaul of the whole room, all 450 sq. feet of it & I smelled a "smell". Surely, somebody must have spilled something up here.

Then last night before bed, I went up there to cut off the lights & saw a WET SPOT on the carpet. I got a towel to soak it up & guess what - it was pee!

Well, Sassy better know better & Baby Girl still wears pull-ups, so as soon as we got home from preschool today, Bo & I had a "come to Jesus meeting!".

Here goes our discussion-
Me: Did you tt on the floor in the playroom?
Bo: Uh-huh.
Me: Are you supposed to tt on the floor?
Bo: No, but you can write letters.

Here I am, about to blow a gasket & he's calmly explaining why he did what he did. He always has a method to his madness!

I proceeded to tell him that you can also write letters on the concrete outside, so if he felt the need to write letters with his tt, he could go outside & do it!

So now, Top to Bottom will just have to come clean the carpet. We keep them on retainer.

I know I shouldn't think that is too cute and funny, but I do... What would we do without little boys???

OH, I don't think I would have been able to think to tell him to do that outside. Good thinking, mom!

Is it bad that I think that's cute?!? I'm probably jinxing myself since Brayden will start potty training soon!

You talked about Bo getting earplugs in my comments.. they aren't doing that for Brayden. The Dr. said as long as his head isn't submerged in the bath and his head doesn't go deeper than 3 feet in a swimming pool and no lake or river water there shouldn't be a problem with his tubes... Hope Bo is fully recovered... I think Brayden is there after just 2 days.

THAT is hilarious. I know someone who does that in the snow in the winter!

Your child sounds like a future slacker, why go to the bathroom or outside when I can do it right here?
