Notes from the farm

You can read that as the "funny farm" or where we live, your choice.

Sorry it's taking me so long to post, we've had a busy weekend & now I'm tired & playing catch up! The great news is Matt is back! All is well with the world again!

Let me start by saying, I can't believe my baby is 2 years old. She's growing up so fast. It's kinda sad that I'll never have another baby to carry for 9 months & hold in my arms & rock to sleep. Then again, it's kind of a relief that my "baby days" are over.

Baby Girl is mixture of beauty queen & backyard bully. She loves her babies, purses, MY makeup & all things girly, but she also has a temper & a mean streak. She is also a bit of a tomboy. And just today, she bit the fool out of Bo's back b/c he was using her crayons. Be easy, Baby Girl. As long she keeps her biting to only family members, I can deal with it.

Her favorite word is "Naa-sea". Everything's nasty! And way she says it! Too funny- my camera battery died unexpectedly & when I get a new battery, I'll video her & post it!

I have decided that my son is either a genius or watches way too much TV. I can read most every restaurant & business sign. All fast food places, Hobby Lobby, Target, Toys R Us, Office Depot, Kroger, even Title Max! - now that one really threw me for a loop! Yesterday, he told me that I needed to get DTV so we don't end up with just a box. I didn't bother to tell him we have satellite! He also tells me I need SoyJoy. "It'll make you back feel better."

And Sassy...you might be a redneck, if you can not grasp that was is not spelled wus. We only went over it a 100 times! That heavy southern accent does it every time! If you talk like us, sounding out words is not always the way to go.

My daughter said the same thing about the SoyJoy bars! Made me wonder if she thought I was a little too crabby that day?!! LOL! Great blog, found it on The Moms Blog.

My BabyGirl likes to say "Ewww gross" especially when I'm changing her diaper. Now I wonder where in the world she heard that....
