It's HER party!

Today is my first-born's birthday!! Sassy is 7 years old today. Seriously tears are in my eyes as I'm writing this. Why do my babies have to grow up? I don't want her to get big. Am I being selfish? She already acts to growny as it is. I call her Sassy don't I?

Anyway...big party plans are underway! Tonight is the family party at Mexican- of course! And Saturday is the friend party at the pottery painting place!!! I'm sure that will be chaotic. I think Bo & Baby Girl will have to make an appearance, therefore the chaos! Sassy is going to freak when she finds out they have to go! (Nobody can (read wants to) watch them!) 17 little girls! I must be on crack!! At least it ain't at my house! You know, being the semi-slacker mom that I am, of course I'm paying someone to entertain these children!!! Pottery painting & pizza, what could be better.

The problem that really have is 17 girls = 17 presents! (I know you're saying why so many guests, I promise there's no way around it.) So tons of new toys (Barbies, Webkinz, etc.) that she doesn't need. We could donate some to "the poor children", but first Sassy would really have to smoke crack!!! I can hear it now, "Are you crazy, this is my stuff!" Have I mentioned she's spoiled? Plans for the future of our house include ANOTHER playroom or another wing!!! Baby Girl turns 2 next month.

My babies are getting old & I'm getting OLDER! When you have little ones, I feel like 30 is the new 40!!

I must love her, I'm missing Bunko tonight! :)
